This Red Bluff, CA woman used YouTube to launch a one-woman Debtor’s Revolt when her credit card interest rate went from 12.99 to 30 percent in one month. The video went viral and brought B of A to its senses – at least for Ann. Have you received any love letters from your credit card company lately?

I had no idea this was going on but lately have heard a lot about it. Supposedly there's a new law that's supposed to limit this gouging - but it doesn't take affect until Feb. 2010.

My interest went up from 12.99 to 24.99 percent in one month - even though I always pay off the balance. Getting that news was enough to make me sure I would never, ever let them get one dime of interest!
