I've always thought it was about doing something sweet and simple, not smothering them with extravagant gifts, so it's never really bother me except the way people take it too seriously!

It's a sweet idea but I much more love picking up a gift for someone I like when I just happen to see something that makes me think the person would like it. Those little inexpensive gifts for no occasion mean 100 times more than a prescribed gift.
