TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT!
Join us on Saturday, February 1, 2014 as we celebrate the Chinese New Year and the Year of the Horse in downtown L.A.’s Chinatown district.
Our adventure to this mysterious and intriguing part of our city begins at 10:30 a.m. with the “Undiscovered Chinatown Tour” led by an experienced docent who will take us to a temple, an herbal shop, art galleries and antique stores where we will discover hidden treasures (and bargains) that are off the beaten track as we wind our way through a myriad of alleyways, plaza stalls, and classical courtyards to discover the charm of L.A.’s Chinatown.
From there, we’ll enjoy a classic Chinese feast at a nearby restaurant and then, enjoy the 115th Annual Golden Dragon Parade and Chinese New Year Festival.
Tickets for the tour are $15 and must be purchased in advance. Any other expenses (lunch, shopping, etc.) is your responsibility.
