TICKETS TO THIS EVENT ARE SOLD OUT!
Join us at the Working Stage Theater at 1516 North Gardner Street in West Hollywood on Saturday, November 8 at 6:30 p.m. for a screening of the award-winning documentary “ASHBASH: A LOVE STORY” followed by a champagne and strawberry reception with the filmmaker, Heidi Sullivan.
This “uplifting,” “thought-provoking,” and “laugh-out-loud funny” film tells the story of a single woman (Ashley) and her decision to celebrate her single life by inviting 200 guests to the wedding reception she never had (the legendary “AshBash”) — and turning it into a family talent show. Ashley lives out her dream of performing with a live band — and even performs a hip-hop number with her sister (her “first dance”).
The film — which has been an audience favorite on the festival circuit — features the art of Emmy-award-winning Bonnie Timmons (“Caroline in the City”) and the original music of jazz great Rusty Scott.
We have a block of discounted tickets for Singular magazine guests. The tickets, in limited quantity, are $20 and include the screening and champagne reception. Click here to purchase tickets.
Doors open 6:30 p.m. and the screening begins around 7:30 p.m.
